The automatic volumetric divider rounder SVP is manufactured to meet the needs of bakeries and pizzerias even if of small dimensions, employing different types of dough and aiming at an elevated weight accuracy and an high quality of the finished product. Extremely versatile, it can be used individually, with automatic load, or in line with other machine, such as final proofer or forming and moulding stations.

 

MINIMUM SIZE = 30 gr*

MAXIMUM SIZE = 250 gr*

(*) The weight in grams range depends on dimensions of the hexagons in use. The indicated dough ranges are the potential machine output.

 

 The SVP’s partitioning and rounding buns automatically by setting the parameters in the control panel with TOUCH SCREEN without replacing any mechanical part. The dough is not stressed during the working, this permit to reduce the resting time and increasing  the whole production. The rounded pieces come out on a conveyor belt which can be single or divisible for the manual collection or to convey them to further working phases.
