The intermediate proofer is placed in line with the automatic volumetric divider rounder (model SVP and SVI) and the two machines are synchronized.
The proofer is available with a number of pockets proportional to the desired resting time and production speed.
The drum outlet system of the intermediate proofer, guarantees the dough balls tidily disposition, both as to timing and distance between each other assuring an easier further processing.
The exit conveyor belt is adjustable in height.
The structure is made of steel and all the surfaces in contact with the dough are in stainless steel or food grade techno-plastic material.
